Every Team Member is given the chance to progress their career with our Team Leader Induction Programme so that when the opportunity arises, you're ready to move up to a leadership position.

So what's next? Well, if you're ready for management, there's the Cinema Manager Induction and Management Development Programmes to ensure you become fully responsible for the key business areas of people and development, retail management, facilities and finance.

Our training has proved extremely successful - nearly all of our Cinema Managers have developed within the business from other roles. Cinema employees have taken a career move to join our Support Office teams. And not only that - our Support Office departments offer professional development and qualifications aligned to that area.
