Managing the operational aspects of the cinema, you'll motivate and coach your team to give our guests the highest standards. Teamwork is a vital part of our philosophy, and you'll get stuck in on a daily basis to train the team to work effectively to maximise their own performance and drive retail profits.

You'll also support the General Manager in planning, implementing and delivering business plans, and stay focused on making the cinema profitable through retail, ticket sales and by minimising stock loss.

Overall, you'll need operational management or supervisory experience from a service industry. You're great at developing people and have the motivational skills to bring the best out in your team, as well as drive commercial success.
