Our Team Leaders play a key role in all areas of operating the cinema. You'll be the one ensuring that our guests have the best cinema experience possible, from the moment they step through the doors, to taking their seats and enjoying their film.

You'll be Fanatical About Film and deliver premier guest service. And as part of the operational management team, you'll make sure that every part of the cinema is sticking to ODEON's high standards, from team performance, food and retail, to health and safety.

We're looking for people willing to go the extra mile, who get excited by opening nights but also love the smell of popcorn in the morning. And above all, who know the value of great team work and guest service.
