We want every Team Member to be comfortable and confident when they join us. So the Lights, Camera, Action Induction Programme will tell you everything you need to know about ODEON. The Rehearsal Training will cover all health and safety issues from food safety, fire safety and disability awareness. Following this, you'll guide yourself through workbooks covering areas such as Box Office and Retail. And after all your dedication, we'll Screen Test you to ensure you're up to speed.

Everyone receives full on-the-job training, with close support from the team to get you into the swing of things.

Our Team Leader and Cinema Manager Induction Programmes are also designed into modules so that you can take responsibility to complete them yourself, with the support of a mentor. They include people management, operations, health and safety and retail. We even celebrate your successful completion with certificates and a graduation ceremony for our next generation of fully fledged Cinema Managers.
