Contact Centre

The ODEON Contact Centre is the most vital link to film fanatics around the country, seven days per week, 365 days per year. Based within the Bookit contact centre in Stoke on Trent - part of the ODEON corporate family - our team of 50 work tirelessly to process guests credit and debit card transactions and are the first point of contact for our guests, no matter what their needs may be.

Our range of guests is diverse, so it stands to reason that their needs and requests will be pretty diverse too. Thats why the Contact Centre team are the font of knowledge for everything to do with ODEON - from nut content in our food to screen sizes, to the pricing information for cinemas up and down the country. And with an ever-increasing number of guests buying tickets online, via Filmline or Sky Digital, we're on the cutting edge of new technology, ensuring that credit and debit card payments are processed efficiently.
