Financially, there's a lot to take care of when running a business the size of ODEON. But with a dedicated and highly knowledgeable Finance team, we know we're in good hands.

From processing, analysing and reporting vital information to handling all of our budgets, accounts and banking, they ensure that every penny is accounted for. They help to guide ODEON in every decision-making process, supporting new initiatives and measuring the successes of everything we do.

The large team is based mainly in Manchester, and work in five separate divisions to ensure that every part of the business is covered. But it's not all just number crunching. Despite being one of the largest departments within ODEON, there's a real community feel to the finance team and they can regularly be found striking out at the local bowling alley, testing their knowledge at a pub quiz or racing round a Go-Karting track.
