Based in our main Support Office in Manchester as well as out in the field, our Operations team deal with everything from new guest service initiatives to coordinating major projects like building new cinemas. They're responsible for making sure every ODEON cinema is run as a profitable business, and that every guest has an unforgettable experience by taking care of all of our facilities, from providing operational support to our Managers to taking care of all sound and projection equipment.

The Operations team, like everyone at ODEON, are Fanatical About Film. Working here is a fun, fast-paced environment. Whether they're taking part in team events or working together to deliver major projects, the Operations team have a real passion for the cinema and ODEON's business as a whole, and it's thanks to them that we've been able to deliver outstanding results year after year.
