As you might expect, there's more to running the UK's largest cinema organisation than simply putting great films on screen. Throughout the business, it's the Risk Management team who ensure we're fully compliant with health & safety, food safety, disability legislation, security issues, environmental protection and licensing (premises, cinema & alcohol), and manage all the risk control programmes associated with each of these. The small field-based team take care of all of ODEON's insurance programmes, and make sure that every guest and employee that passes through our doors is kept safe and secure.
